Our custom-made wallpapers are always made to order, tailored to the customer's wall size. We print the wallpapers cut to the specified size. We leave only 5 cm of excess on the left and rightmost panels for width and 10 cm for height. Customers can order uncut wallpaper or with a larger excess upon request.

The price of wallpaper depends on the type of wallpaper:

- circular wallpapers cost PLN 637 per piece

- wallpapers in standard rolls PLN 307/m2 (PLN 921 for a 3m2 roll)

- custom-made wallpapers PLN 387/m2

- arch-shaped wallpapers PLN 1,387 per piece

We offer nine different materials. They can be divided into self-adhesive and classic, wallpaper paste-based materials. Self-adhesive materials: EXTREME laminated self-adhesive vinyl. Wallpaper paste materials: vinyl on non-woven fabric with a stucco/concrete/linen/brush/craft/rustic texture, and vinyl on mesh - Concrete. AQUA ZONE - a material designed for the wet shower area.

Standardized wallpapers are made of the same materials as custom-made wallpaper, excluding Aqua Zone and self-adhesive materials.

We produce circular and arc-shaped wallpapers using a single, dedicated material – self-adhesive, textured vinyl – Canvas Sticker. This product cannot be made on any other material. Circular and arc-shaped wallpapers are subject to exchange and return.

Yes, the recommended material for bathrooms is vinyl on mesh - Concrete - AQUA ZONE - a material designed for the wet area of ​​the shower. The AQUA ZONE system is a complete system, sold complete with all necessary chemicals – waterproofing, adhesive, waterproof wallpaper, and two-component external impregnation. Yes, they are suitable for use in wet areas, but not directly under the shower or next to a bathtub. They can be used in the kitchen, between cabinets, near the sink, near the toilet, etc.

Yes, EXTREME self-adhesive laminated vinyl is the perfect material for kitchens, as it's 100% waterproof and resistant to cleaning and scrubbing with chemicals, including the harsh side of a sponge. It withstands high temperatures and moisture. Grease stains can be removed just like tiles, and it doesn't require additional protection with glass or Lacobel—suitable for induction and electric stoves. For gas stoves, we recommend protecting the wallpaper with glass.

Classic wallpapers are installed using wallpaper paste, have beautiful textures, and are butt-jointly cut during production. Self-adhesive wallpapers are very simple, quick, and clean to apply. They contain their own adhesive and do not require the purchase of any additional installation materials or the services of a specialist company. Anyone can install them themselves using the basic instructions included with the wallpaper and the instructional video available on our Facebook page. Self-adhesive wallpapers have a 2 cm overlap, and we recommend applying them with an overlap. The overlap can be cut during the application process by double-cutting and removing the excess material. Wallpapers with wallpaper paste are made from non-shrinking (NW) materials. Vinyl wallpapers are made of 100% vinyl and shrink up to 2 mm. We do not recommend cutting the overlap in kitchens or bathrooms.

Wallpapers are produced in even strips, with the minimum number of strips possible, based on the customer's wall dimensions, ranging from 100-130 cm maximum width. The height is always the height of the specified room plus a 5 cm allowance.

Wallpapers in standard rolls are always 100 cm wide and 300 cm high.

Circular wallpapers have a maximum diameter of 130 cm. Smaller wallpapers are available upon request, but this will not affect the price. We do not produce circular wallpapers larger than 130 cm, as this would require joining pieces and using an overlap, which we believe is less aesthetically pleasing than installing the wallpaper in one piece.

Unfortunately, no. Eco-printing technology doesn't allow for printing with metallic inks, so gold, silver, and copper colors are created as a print in a given color resembling shades of gold, silver, and copper. Each design produces a different effect, especially in the Arte collection. Therefore, we recommend ordering samples to avoid disappointment.

The calculator shows how many square meters of wallpaper we need to produce to cover the specified wall size, taking into account the width of the material being printed on. We calculate the width x height of the wall and round the result to the nearest square meter of wallpaper. After production, the wallpaper is cut to the ordered size, leaving a small margin for height and width.

Yes, Canon UV gel printing has ecologo certificates, the materials also have B1 and M1 certificates and hygiene certificates.

Thanks to the above-mentioned certificates, the wallpapers are approved for use in public utility facilities such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, shops, restaurants, and hotels.

Yes, each custom-made wallpaper is made to the customer's wall size. After providing the wall size, the customer receives several frames to choose from. Wallpaper in standard rolls does not require framing, hence the lower price per square meter.

Individual device settings may cause differences between the product's visualization on the customer's computer and the actual appearance of the product (color, proportions, etc.). This does not constitute grounds for complaint. To verify the actual color, samples should be ordered and tested at the intended installation site. Factors such as light color and interior design elements in the intended room influence the perception of color.

Changes such as changing the color to black and white (as well as mirroring and rotating the pattern) are free of charge.

Additional changes, subject to individual pricing by graphic designers, include: simple color changes, including lightening and darkening the pattern.

Any color change to the design prior to production should be approved based on physical samples.

As a manufacturer, we can create wallpapers in any color scheme, for all geometric, repeating, and children's patterns. For floral wallpapers, we can make minor color changes to a single element or alter the color/tone of the entire image. Changes to the background, for example, are also possible, but are very time-consuming and subject to an additional fee, priced individually.

Yes, the cost of such a project is PLN 300-500 plus, depending on the complexity of the changes and the client's expectations - for each such wallpaper, it is mandatory to make samples and approve the actual colors before production.

The standard frame for our custom-made wallpapers is 500x300cm. If we're dealing with a wall that exceeds these dimensions, we need to verify that the pattern you've chosen can be stretched without compromising quality. If this isn't possible, the graphic designer can attempt to expand the frame using graphics software. The graphic designer then assesses the difficulty and time required for the modification and estimates the cost of the work. As a custom project, we also understand all your technical requests, from color changes to removing, moving, or even adding various design elements.

When you order wallpaper from us, you'll receive product cards with suggested framing options for your chosen design. This makes it easier to visualize how the wallpaper will look on your wall. As part of your design process, you'll receive three free frame adjustments, including moving the design and selecting the section you'd like to appear on your wall.

However, any change to the design constitutes a technical change and is subject to individual pricing. After paying for the custom design, you are entitled to three revisions of the graphic designer's proposal.

The amount for an individual project is deducted from the order value if its price exceeds PLN 3,500.

If you would like a black and white version of one of our designs, rotate it, or mirror it (also duplicate the design by mirroring it without blurring/losing the seam), we can make such changes free of charge.

Our arc-shaped and circular wallpapers have standard dimensions (130cm diameter for circles, 130x250cm for arches) and are designed by our graphic designers. If you would like to order an arc or circle with a different wallpaper section or change its dimensions, please contact us. We will prepare a custom design.

Yes. Please remember that the photo you purchase or your own should be of the highest possible quality. Not sure if your photo is good enough? Send it to us, and we'll verify its suitability for large-format printing.

Custom-made wallpapers are typically delivered within 10 business days of payment and approval of the visualization, tailored to the client's wall size. Express production is available, with guaranteed delivery within 4 business days of approval of the visualization, for an additional 30% of the order value.

Wallpapers in standardized rolls - this is usually 5 working days from the moment of paying for the order and selecting the strip numbers from the selected pattern.

Circular and arc-shaped wallpapers - standard delivery time is 3 business days.

Samples - we ship every Monday and Thursday or the next business day if Monday or Thursday is a day off.

Custom-made carpets - this is a standard 28 working days from the moment of payment for the order and acceptance of the visualization made to the size ordered by the customer.

Yes, once your package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can check the current status of your shipment.

Yes, we ship orders throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom, and to Canada. It's possible to order shipping to locations other than those listed. Such orders should be placed by email at office@wallart.eu and a shipping quote to that location will be provided.

Shipping to destinations outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada may incur customs duties upon receipt of the order, in accordance with the regulations of the buyer's country.

From the moment you pay for the order and accept the visualization of the design adapted to the size of your wall, if it is a made-to-measure product.

Once the visualization of the wallpaper, fabric or carpet is approved, the order is sent for production and it is no longer possible to make changes or cancel the order.

Orders from the store are sent directly to the customer, orders placed through distributors can be sent to the distributor.

Shipping is available via DPD and Inpost couriers in Poland, as well as personal collection at our office. We do not ship cash on delivery. International shipments are shipped via DPD, DHL, and FEDEX.

In the online store, payment methods include bank transfer, payment by credit or debit card, ApplePay, PayNow, PayPo, and PayPal. In the brick-and-mortar store at Ćwiczebna Street 4 in Wrocław, you can also pay by card or cash.

All our products are made to order and are manufactured only after payment has been received. Cash on delivery is available only for our outlet products and accessories, such as pillowcases, bedding, cleaning products, and accessories, all made in our workshop in Wrocław.

No, we do not offer installation of purchased products. However, we recommend our certified installers. A full list can be found in the Customer Service > Installers tab.

Most of our products include assembly instructions so you can install them yourself.

Our Facebook page features a detailed step-by-step video tutorial on how to install and remove self-adhesive wallpaper. Each wallpaper comes with installation instructions. Self-adhesive wallpaper is the only material that is installed with an overlap. The overlap protects the wall from water by ensuring a watertight seal at the wallpaper joints. The 100% vinyl material provides very high resistance to mechanical damage, but due to the production process, it shrinks up to 1 mm. The overlap can be cut using a double-cutting technique. We recommend this solution only for patterns with a light background and in rooms where the wallpaper will not be exposed to water, such as bathrooms and kitchens. The overlap is more visible on light and plain patterns, such as ombre, than on dark and rich ones. The visibility of the overlap depends on many factors – natural and artificial lighting in the room – directed at the walls highlights the overlap, while away from the wall distracts from it.

If in doubt, we recommend ordering a sample and requesting two pieces to check the overlap. If there's no functional need to choose a self-adhesive material, for better visual effects in rooms like living rooms and bedrooms, we recommend using more decorative, textured vinyl on non-woven fabrics, prepared for butt installation.

Standard glue-on wallpapers are prepared for butt joints.

All wallpapers prepared for butt joint as standard can be prepared for installation by double cutting - this is not subject to an additional fee, but must be reported before the acceptance of the made-to-measure visualisation.

Self-adhesive laminated wallpapers are always prepared for installation with an overlap, which is intended to prevent the wallpaper sheets from spreading - the only shrinkable material as 100% vinyl.

Yes, each order comes with assembly instructions and a visualization divided into panels/stripes.

The glue for vinyl wallpapers on structural non-woven fabric should be a glue for heavy wallpapers, e.g. Wallfix Heavy.

In accordance with the law and our terms and conditions, custom-made wallpapers, fabrics, custom-made carpets, and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged for another product. The exception to this rule is the customer's right to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee on custom-made wallpapers.

Products eligible for return include pillows, bedding, circular wallpapers and outlet wallpapers.

If, for any reason, the wallpaper you receive does not meet your expectations, both aesthetically and qualitatively, you can exchange it for any other design from our offer within 14 days of receiving your order. Details and rules for using the warranty can be found in the terms and conditions of the promotion. To use the warranty, the wallpaper must be returned to us undamaged and uninstalled.

For non-personalized products (Kolo Wallpaper, Arc Wallpaper), you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To return the product, please contact us and complete the returns form.

Yes, it's possible to order a set of three samples. Samples are in A3 format. For geometric and repeating patterns, we send samples in a 1:1 scale; photo wallpapers are displayed in a reduced size as a complete pattern. You can order a 1:1 scale photo wallpaper sample by specifying the desired wallpaper size in your order for an additional fee. You can choose any three patterns printed on three different materials. The cost of the set is 69 PLN, including courier shipping. Samples can be ordered through our store or by email. Only the sample constitutes the basis for any color complaint – it must be no older than 30 days from the wallpaper order date. We collect sample orders throughout the week until Friday at 3 p.m. so they can be shipped the following Monday.
