We're one of the few brands on the market that offers the option of a one-time wallpaper exchange for a different design , even if it was custom-made for you. This is our way of eliminating the risk of purchase and giving you the peace of mind that your interior will always look exactly as you envisioned.
What does the Satisfaction Guarantee cover?
- Custom-made wallpapers - perfectly suited to your space.
- Wallpaper rolls - standardized format, but your own structure
- Exchange for any design from the catalogue – at the same or higher price (the additional fee only applies to the difference).
- You can only replace your personalized wallpaper once .
How does it work?
Thanks to the Wall Art Satisfaction Guarantee , purchasing our wallpapers is completely safe. We want you to be confident that every design decision you make will be a success – even if it wasn't obvious at first.
Request for exchange
Please submit your request to exchange your wallpaper using the form below or by emailing biuro@wallart.com.pl. There's no need to explain why you'd like to exchange it.
14 days to change your mind
You have two weeks to decide whether you would like to replace the purchased wallpaper with a new pattern that will transform your interior and make you feel really good in it.
Send back the wallpaper
You return the wallpaper in its original packaging, intact, and without any signs of installation. This allows us to safely return it to the Outlet section.
Choose a new pattern
Browse our collection and choose the wallpaper that best complements your interior. Our advisors will be happy to help you choose the right pattern.
