Using the website www.wallart.com .pl constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
Online Store Regulations
§ 1. General information
- These regulations define the rules for using the wallart.com.pl Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Store), placing orders for products available in the Store, delivering the ordered products to the Customer, paying the sales price of the products by the Customer, the Customer's right to withdraw from the contract and the rules for submitting and considering complaints.
- The Online Store, operating at www.wallart.com.pl, is operated by Wall Art Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Ćwiczebna 4, 51-180, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division - National Court Register under the KRS number 0000692480, REGON 368131961, NIP 8952156363, share capital: PLN 5,000 (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
- Sales are conducted via the Internet in the form of a distance contract between the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, and the Store.
- In case of any ambiguities or questions, please contact the Store by e-mail at: biuro@wallart.com.pl .
- Browsing the Store's assortment does not require registration.
§ 2. Registration
- In order to register in the Store (create a Customer account), you must complete the registration form, providing your name and surname or nickname (nickname), e-mail address and password, accept the Store's regulations and consent to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary to establish, shape the content, change, terminate and properly implement the services provided electronically and to fulfill the Customer's orders.
- Registration in the Store, as well as using the Store's functionalities, are free of charge.
- After registering in the Store, each login is performed using the data provided in the registration form.
- In order to delete the Customer's account from the Store, please send an e-mail requesting the deletion of the account to the following address: biuro@wallart.com.pl from the e-mail address currently registered in the Store.
- The Store is obliged to protect the Customer's account data and not disclose it to third parties.
§ 3. Subject of the order
- Information about products available in the Store's assortment constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code.
- The Store offers wallpapers in a specific pattern, color and size, accessories, and Home Decor materials such as pillowcases, tablecloths, curtains, table runners and silk scarves.
- Due to the vast array of patterns, sizes, and colors, wallpapers are not stored in stock; they are made after an order is placed. This allows for such a wide selection, and each customer can choose the right pattern to suit their needs, even if they are the only one who likes a given pattern in a specific size and color.
- Prices of products indicated on the Store's website:
a) they include VAT and are given in Polish zloty;
b) do not include delivery costs. - The total value of the order is the sum of the value of the goods ordered and the shipping costs and will be visible in the order summary.
- The store reserves the right to withdraw certain products from sale or change their prices.
§ 4. Orders and payments
- Orders may only be placed by adults. Persons under 18 years of age may only make purchases with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Orders can be placed in the Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- A working day is defined as a working day between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- Orders are accepted via the website www.wallart.com.pl.
- Placing an order by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
- The Customer may place orders for products in the Store's assortment after registering in accordance with the provisions of § 2 of these regulations or by providing the necessary personal and address data enabling the order to be completed without registration.
- The customer will be informed about the current status of his or her order via e-mail to the address provided during registration or when making purchases without registration.
- The store sells only in Poland.
- Payment for ordered goods It is possible to pay by: advance transfer to the Mbank account number 24 1140 2004 0000 3302 7706 1369, via PayNow quick transfer, payment by card, ApplePay and BLIK, in cash or by card in the stationary store at ul. Ćwiczeniabna 4 in Wrocław.
- Order processing for custom-made wallpaper begins upon approval of the visualization, which is sent to the buyer after payment. Order processing for other products begins upon after paying for the order.
- An order is considered paid when funds have been credited to the account 24 1140 2004 0000 3302 7706 1369 or cash has been received in the stationary store in the full amount corresponding to the value of the goods (and if the order also includes a shipping order to the specified address - also shipping costs).
- Acceptance of payment on a given calendar day (the receipt of payment into the account is taken into account) means that the order will be processed at the beginning of the next business day.
- The waiting time for a visualization is 2-7 business days from the moment of payment for the order, and for very unusual orders or additional fees for graphic modifications - it is specified individually via email during the ordering process.
- Corrections and comments to the submitted visualization will be taken into account and added, if possible, and re-sent for approval within 2 business days.
- Acceptance of the visualization constitutes final confirmation of the appearance, arrangement, size, and proportions of the pattern, as well as confirmation of the selected material, the technique for preparing the joints between the wallpaper strips, and the division of the pattern into panels ( product data sheet ). For custom-made wallpaper orders, the wallpaper panels are divided into the widest possible panels – a maximum of 130 cm, with a final width of no less than 30 cm. It is possible to order equal divisions of panels for an additional 20% of the wallpaper value. For wallpaper roll orders, the customer selects a pre-prepared panel numbering system (1 panel measuring 100 cm by 300 cm in height) and the selected material. Modifications to the pattern are not possible.
- Until the product card is accepted, you can make changes to your order - 3 free packages of corrections and changes - in terms of size, selected pattern, material, and the way the panels fit.
- Until the product card is accepted, you can cancel an order that has been placed and paid for. To do so, please send an email to biuro@wallart.com.pl, providing the order details and return details: address and bank account number.
- After approval of the product card, changes may be made, but the card will be modified in accordance with § 4 point 14 and § 6 points 1-2. Amendments to the card are only possible if the wallpaper has not been sent to the production department.
- After accepting the product card, it is possible to cancel the order, but the funds will be refunded to 50% of its value.
- We will refund the funds to your account within 7 business days from the moment you provide the details for the refund, and in the case of purchases based on a VAT invoice - from the moment the invoice correction is accepted.
- If the Customer provides incomplete or incorrect information, or if extraordinary circumstances arise that are not the Store's fault, the Store reserves the right to refuse processing the order without providing a reason. A refund will be made within 7 days to the account from which the transfer was made.
- Failure to record payment for an order will result in its cancellation 7 days from the date of order placement.
- Orders placed during promotional periods are subject to promotional terms and conditions. Failure to record payment for an order placed during the promotional period will result in the order being canceled two days after the order is placed.
- A sales document is issued for each order, i.e. a receipt or VAT invoice, if the buyer's Tax Identification Number is provided.
- At the customer's request, we issue VAT invoices based on the receipt provided by the customer.
- Due to the change in regulations from January 1, 2020, you must provide your Tax Identification Number (NIP) when purchasing so that a VAT invoice can be issued for the transaction - otherwise it will not be possible to issue an invoice for the purchase.

§ 5. AQUA ZONE
- The AQUA ZONE system is a wet-zone product designed for installation in areas directly exposed to water. It consists of two components: 1) wallpaper and 2) installation chemicals.
- Assembly chemicals will not be shipped until a specific assembly date is indicated, To ensure a smooth installation and the longevity of your wallpaper, we want to ensure that the necessary chemicals you receive are fresh; however, no later than 14 days before your scheduled delivery date. If the required delivery date is less than 14 days, the customer will be responsible for the expedited shipping cost, plus 20% of the value of the chemicals kit.
- The shipment containing the installation chemicals and wallpaper must be opened and used no later than 7 days after receipt. Complaints regarding damage to the shipment or expiry of the chemicals after this time will not be accepted, and the customer will be required to pay for the product again.
- AQUAZONE products are covered by the warranty only when installed using dedicated assembly chemicals; the use of a different assembly kit will automatically void the warranty.
§ 6. Delivery terms
- Delivery takes place within: 10 working days in the case of custom-made wallpapers, 5 working days in the case of wallpapers on rolls and 3 working days in the case of wallpapers in circles and arcs - from the moment of starting the order - in accordance with § 4 point 9 of these Regulations.
- It is possible to shorten the delivery time to 4 working days for an additional fee of 50% of the order value.
- Home Decor products are handmade and the waiting time is up to 6 weeks from the start of order processing.
- If you order adhesives or accessories without ordering wallpaper, the order processing time is 2 to 7 business days.
- In the case of larger orders, the Store reserves the right to fulfill them within a longer period than specified in the regulations (after informing the Customer by e-mail or telephone).
- Deliveries within Poland are made via DPD or Inpost courier companies. The cost of each DPD shipment is 35 PLN to 10 GBP. If a separate waybill number is generated for a single order, the shipping fee is charged based on the number of waybill numbers.
- A DPD courier is automatically assigned to orders; if you wish to change to Inpost, you must pay an additional PLN 9.
- Goods ordered in the Store are delivered to the address indicated in the order form.
- The customer will receive their shipment within a timeframe that includes the Store's order processing time and the time specified by the courier company – typically, delivery is on the next business day. The Store's order processing time is a maximum of 6 weeks.
- The Store is not responsible for any delays in receiving the shipment resulting from the Courier Company failing to meet the deadlines or the Customer providing incorrect delivery details. The shipping costs will have to be borne again for re-shipping.
- It is possible to collect the order in person at ul. Ćwiczebna 4 street 51-180 Wrocław, after selecting the "personal collection" option in the order form, paying for the order and receiving information that the order is ready for collection.
- In the event of loss or damage to a shipment due to the carrier's fault, the complaint will be resolved within 30 business days, as per the carrier's regulations. Shipments are insured for the value of the order. Once the complaint is resolved, the full value of the order will be refunded or the order will be reprinted.
§ 7. Warranty and complaints
- The purchased goods are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers the automatic peeling of the wallpaper from a properly prepared substrate for self-adhesive laminated wallpapers, including rolling at the edges.
- For self-adhesive laminated vinyl wallpapers, shrinkage of up to 3 mm is a natural phenomenon and is not covered by the warranty, unless it causes larger pieces of wallpaper to detach from the wall.
- The warranty also covers automatic color loss of more than 5% compared to the color on the day of installation.
- The product warranty does not cover installation or damage caused during installation, e.g. tears, abrasions, scratches, stretching of the material or incorrect fit of the panels.
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to wallpaper in the form of scratches or holes in the wallpaper or wall.
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damage resulting from scrubbing or using detergents on smooth non-woven fabrics and vinyl on non-woven fabrics. The only material resistant to scrubbing is self-adhesive laminated vinyl.
- Complaints should be submitted to the email address reklamacje@wallart.com.pl
- In the event of defective goods or errors in the execution of the order, the Store guarantees their replacement with undamaged or correct goods within 7 working days of accepting the complaint.
- Products that are the subject of a complaint should be sent back in packaging that guarantees good protection against possible damage during transport. It is recommended to mark the package with a note regarding the reason for the complaint. If the complaint is approved, the costs of returning the parcel will be refunded.
- Unjustified complaints or damage resulting from improper use of the goods will not be considered. All costs associated with such cases are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Acceptance of the product card means final confirmation of the appearance, arrangement, size and proportions of the pattern, as well as confirmation of the selected material, technique for preparing joints between wallpaper strips and dividing the pattern into panels.
- Complaints submitted due to the content of the order (e.g. material, design, size, method of assembly) after acceptance of the product card will not be taken into account.
- Before applying to the wall, each wallpaper should be checked on a flat surface – for color, joint, and pattern matching, including overlap – for wallpapers on self-adhesive laminated vinyl. Complaints submitted after application, without checking the wallpaper on a flat surface, will not be accepted. In the event of mismatched patterns or colors between the panels, complaints should be submitted before application – by taking photos and sending them to reklamacje@wallart.com.pl.
- We do not produce metallic wallpapers. The gold, silver, and copper colors are printed, imitating the colors of gold, silver, and copper.
- Any shipments sent at the expense of Wall Art Sp. z o. o. based in Wrocław will not be accepted.
- Individual device settings may cause differences between the product's visualization on the Customer's computer and the actual product appearance (color, proportions, etc.). This does not constitute grounds for complaint.
- Customers have the right to order a sample to check the material texture, color, and graphic quality. The A3 sample shows the overall appearance (arrangement and proportions) of the pattern, scaled down for a 3x4m or 3x5m wall (for the 2021 collection), and a 1:1 fragment for a 3x4m or 3x5m wall (for the 2021 collection). A 1:1 sample for the target wall size can be ordered upon the customer's express request. The sample is only a fragment of the target wallpaper, which is a mural (not a repeating pattern). It is not possible for the sample to contain the entire pattern for the entire wall at a 1:1 scale. A complaint can only be based on a difference between the physical sample and the ordered product, in that specific section of the wallpaper, provided the wallpaper was ordered within 14 days of receiving the sample and the wallpaper was checked immediately after receiving the order.
- The sample represents the design printed exactly as the card in the design book, any changes to their appearance are subject to an additional fee and are priced individually depending on the required change.
- Complaints submitted due to color differences without prior ordering of samples will not be considered.
- The sample is a representative example of the pattern proportions, product quality, material texture, print quality, blur sharpness, color tone, and the color range of individual colors used in the sample. If the customer is unable to assess whether the submitted sample meets their expectations for the final result, they should request a sample of another wallpaper section of their choice or cancel the order.
- The sample is sent in A3 format and is a condensed example of the entire wallpaper, the target print size of which is 500x300cm (height); the sample may contain invisible gradients, color transitions and the full range of colors present on the target wallpaper.
- If, due to the fault of the ordering party, a fragment or part of the wallpaper has been damaged, it is possible to order a reprint; complaints about color differences in the case of a reprint of wallpaper that has already been produced will not be accepted.
- Any deficiencies in the order must be reported within 30 calendar days of receiving the order; after this time, complaints regarding incomplete orders will not be accepted.
- The store offers CASHBACK – for posting a photo of the completed project and a review on the company's Google profile, a 5% refund of the wallpaper's value is required. To receive CASHBACK, please provide a link to the review and your refund details.
§ 8. Return of goods
- Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a consumer who has entered into a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and at no cost. At the same time, pursuant to Article 38, point 3 of the aforementioned Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to a consumer in relation to a contract where the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
- The store offers mainly products made to individual order. These include wallpapers, photo wallpapers, commercial and office wallpapers (blackboard, dry-erase, and magnetic wallpapers are cut to size), products from the Home Decor department, and products from Zięta Studio. With respect to these products, the right to withdraw from the contract (return) is not available without giving a reason.
- Only silk scarves, pillowcases available immediately, charity products – planners, scarves, jewellery and hearts with a crane, wallpaper adhesives, aquaceramic varnish and moisture insulator, and circular and arc-shaped wallpapers are eligible for return.
- Return of goods is only possible if the goods have not been used and have not been damaged or destroyed in any way.
- Returned goods should be sent in packaging that provides good protection against possible damage in transit (cardboard and bubble wrap). It is recommended to mark the package with the note "return" and attach a declaration of withdrawal from the contract (an example template is provided in Appendix 1 to these Regulations, unless the declaration was submitted otherwise) to the store address: Wall Art Sp. z o. o., ul. Ćwiczebna 4, 51-180 Wrocław.
- The Store guarantees a refund of the price of the goods and shipping costs. If the Customer chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Store, the Store will only refund the cost of the cheapest available delivery. The money will be refunded immediately by bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer. Returns sent at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.
- The direct cost of returning the product as a result of withdrawal is borne by the Customer. The Customer is also responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, or functionality.
§ 9. Company liability
- The Wall Art company, which operates the store www.wallart.com.pl, is not responsible for purchases made by third parties using the Customer's account and password.
- The Company is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect wallpaper application (installation) or application on an inappropriate surface, in particular in a manner inconsistent with the instructions posted on the website www.wallart.com.pl and attached to each order package.
§ 10. Privacy Policy
- The Store processes personal data stored in its database solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders. This data is protected against unauthorized access.
- The Customer consents to the processing by the Company of personal data provided during the account registration process or when placing an order without registering in the Store. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary; however, failure to consent to the processing of personal data by the Company may prevent the Company from providing services electronically and the Customer from making purchases in the Store.
- Personal data are processed by the Wall Art company with its registered office at ul. Ćwiczebna Street 4 51-180 Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court, IV Commercial Division, KRS – 0000692480, NIP 8952156363, REGON – 368131961
- The Company processes personal data for the purpose of providing services electronically, concluding and executing sales contracts with the Customer for products ordered by the Customer in the Store, and in the case of the Customer's consent, also for marketing purposes, including in particular for the purpose of sending commercial information to the Customer electronically.
- Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. Personal data can be corrected or deleted by logging into the Customer's account ("Your Account" tab) or by sending an email requesting correction or deletion to biuro@wallart.com.pl from the email address currently registered with the Store.
- The Customer declares that the personal data provided by him/her are the Customer's data.
- Payments are processed by PayLane sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Norwida 4, postal code: 80-280, KRS: 0000227278.
§ 11. Licenses
- All designs of Wall Art sp z o. o. are protected by copyright (works).
- It is possible to obtain the rights to use Wall Art designs by concluding a license agreement.
- The rules for granting licenses are specified in the "REGULATIONS FOR GRANTING LICENSES FOR PATTERNS FROM THE WALL ART COLLECTION" and the license agreement concluded between the Licensor and the Licensee.
§ 12. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated in the regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- Any disputes arising between a Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code and the Company shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important technical, legal, and/or organizational reasons. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions become effective within the time specified by the Company, which must be no less than 7 days from the date the amended Terms and Conditions are posted on the Store's website. Orders placed by Customers before the amendments to the Terms and Conditions take effect will be fulfilled in accordance with the existing provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
